What we collect

When you use Hubb, we may collect the things you choose to share with us:

• Form submissions about your relationship situation, fears, hopes, relationship status, what makes it hard to leave, and urgency level.
• Telegram messages, voice notes, username, and first name.
• Payment information processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• Basic device and analytics data, only enough to understand usage and keep the service working.

How we use it

Hamzah reads submissions and messages personally. This is not a public feed, and it is not handed to a random team.

Your conversations may help shape group coaching decodes, but only as composite patterns. Your name, location, exact story, and identifying details are never shared.

Your interactions help us improve and develop the Hubb platform, including our AI-powered features. All data used for service improvement is anonymised.

AI tools may process messages to help prioritise and respond. These are API calls used to operate the service, not local storage on the AI tool.

Third-party services

We use trusted services to run Hubb:

• Stripe for payments.
• Telegram as the messaging platform.
• Supabase for database hosting.
• Supabase for operational records.
• Netlify for website hosting.
• AI service providers for message processing and reflection features.

These services process data only as needed to operate the platform.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never share identifying information in group coaching.
• We never share names, locations, or details that could identify you.
• We never use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

How long we keep it

• Active members: data is retained while your membership is active.
• After cancellation: data is retained for 30 days, then deleted on request.
• Form submissions from non-members: retained for 30 days, then auto-deleted.

Your rights

If you are covered by GDPR, you can ask to access, delete, or export your data. You can also withdraw consent.

Security

• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections using HTTPS/TLS.
• Access is restricted to authorised personnel, meaning Hamzah.
• Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI compliant.

Cookies

We use session cookies for form rate limiting. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party tracking.

Age

Hubb is for people who are 18 or older.

Changes

We may update this policy as Hubb changes. If you keep using the service after an update, that means you accept the updated version.
