Your free trial is your decision

You get the first 3 days of Hubb completely free. This is your window to decide. Try it, read what you get, and if it is not for you, cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing — not a cent.

The free trial is your evaluation. It is also your refund. Once it ends, the terms below apply in full.

What you are paying for

Hubb is $49 per month. When your 3-day free trial ends, your card is charged $49, and then $49 again on the same date every month until you cancel.

By starting Hubb you authorise this recurring monthly charge. You will always know the date — it never changes unless you change it.

Refunds — final means final

Once your free trial ends and you are charged, that payment is final. Every payment after it is final too.

We do not give refunds. Not partial. Not pro-rated. Not "I forgot to cancel." Not "I changed my mind." None.

Here is why, plainly: Hubb is a personal service delivered to you directly. The moment we read what you shared and reply to you, the service has been provided — personally, to you, and it cannot be handed back. You have received it. That is why all payments are final the instant the trial ends.

Cancelling

You can stop future payments at any time — one tap, no phone call, no questions, no guilt. To cancel, message us or use your billing link.

• Cancelling stops all future billing immediately. You are never charged again after you cancel.
• Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it ends.
• You are not refunded for time already paid. You keep what you paid for until it runs out — nothing more, nothing less.

Before you contact your bank

If something is ever wrong with a charge, contact us first at hamzah@lovemonger.net. We are a real person and we answer fast.

Opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card provider without contacting us first is a breach of these terms. We treat it as one: it ends your access immediately and permanently, and we respond to the dispute with the full record — your messages, your engagement, and your acceptance of these terms on the day you joined.

Your statutory cancellation right

By joining Hubb and accepting these terms, you expressly ask us to begin providing the service to you immediately, including within any statutory cancellation or cooling-off period that would otherwise apply to you (such as the 14-day right under UK and EU consumer law).

You acknowledge that Hubb is digital, personalised content and service supplied immediately, and that once we have begun providing it — that is, once we have read your situation and replied to you — you lose your right to cancel and to a refund for the service already provided.

Age

Hubb is for people who are 18 or older.

Changes

We may update these terms as Hubb changes. If you keep using the service after an update, that means you accept the updated version.
